Meet Zonia Sibri-Quindi, owner of Hellertown Diner. When it comes to serving up delicious breakfasts, Zonia is a master. This is not her first restaurant venture, as she owns the popular Bethlehem spot, Sibris. The Lehigh Valley was thrilled when she expanded and took over the Hellertown Diner, knowing that there would be tons of classic, delicious dishes available.
